Using our services you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. 24HrMarket.com reserves the rights to make changes to these terms at any time without any prior notification.

You can register to 24HrMarket.com with valid email and genuine basic information while creation of an account. You agree that all such information is current and accurate. We will use the email address that You provide as a method of communication including billing matters and required notifications. 

After creation of an account you must keep your password secure. We encourage to use best practices in creating and regularly change your password. Any loss or damage due to mishandling of your password from your side, 24HrMarket.com is not responsible for those events. You can  notify us immediately if any unauthorized use of your account or any similar breach of security occurred without your consent.

We reserve the rights to request documentation to determine or confirm Account ownership, if necessary. This includes government issued ID Cards, last four digits of the credit card. Pricing, availability and order processing

All sales are almost final and we offer no refunds unless the product is defective and must pay full amount to complete transaction. We reserve the right to change prices and payment terms at any time and will effective immediately without prior notice. Adding products to the cart does not reserve the price shown at that time.

We are committed to provide the most updated prices and information to our users. However there may be the case when errors may still occur and in such cases we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will notify for such events and process the refund steps further.

To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details. We verify the personal information you shared with us when needed while processing order. This step may require you to submit identity, place of residence, or banking information check. The absence or mistakes of any required answer will automatically cause the cancellation of the order and also your 24HrMarket account.

Refunds

24HrMarket.com will only sell the products from trusted vendors and all sales are non-refundable which cannot be exchanged for cash once bought. We are unable to replace lost or defaced goods and may refund the purchase price if there is a mistake in to order placing like order is processed for a different product other rather than the buyer have purchased. Refunds are only done if we found mistake from our side after checking all the cases. 

Complaints and problems

If a buyer has complaints or problems with a products from our vendors, we are unable to assist you for this case.

24HrMarket.com reserves all intellectual property rights including any copyright in the content on the Site. 24HrMarket.com respects intellectual property rights of any other trademarks and we like our users to follow the same. Any infringement of intellectual property rights including business name, trademark, signatures, logos, domain names, etc will be taken into serious action according to the law. If you believe that any of your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that is illegal please write to us at legal@24hrmarket.com and we will evaluate any claims through the IPP Platform instantly and will be notified to you with  appropriate actions as soon as possible.

Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by 24hrmarket.com. We may terminate this Agreement and/or Your right to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, if You violate or breach the terms of this Agreement.  We may add, remove or update any features provided in our application without giving users prior notice. Any changes in updated terms and condition are supposed to be accepted by the user if not your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site and services.
