What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship order using different shipping method including DHL, UPS and Standard shipping. Transit time of normal shipping method is 3-7 business days in a standard packages. We offer tracking on almost all shipments sent with Registered Shipping. Tracking information can made available within 24 hours after shipment. We decide which method is best for orders we received. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package? offers free shipping over $40 and takes 3-7 day for shipping orders. Products shipping as freight may take more than 5 days to ship to your address. Order less than $40 will cost $7 shipping fee. Delivery days as mention is a working day and may take more for weekends/holidays. We are unable to control any delays by carriers, contact information error, or any other external situation. Please do contact us if you think it is the problem from out side and we will try to reach out with possible solutions.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be able to check the status of your order in two ways:

Through the Shipping Confirmation email:

Click on the track and trace number that you find in the Shipping Confirmation email.

Through Order tab:

Sign in and go to “My Account" and see the “Orders" section to check your order details and shipping status. The tracking number can be used to check the current location of the shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to have an account to place an order. You can simply add items to the cart, and check out.  When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order. This will not create and account in 

Having an account is pretty great, you can check your previous orders, add to wish lists and also save shipping addresses for future purchases. You can easily create an account by clicking “Create account" button on the top header.

Why do I get a box packaging from but sometimes from a different vendor? have a wide range of product suppliers and we select the right retailer who can fulfill your order as soon as possible. We will mostly dispatch from our warehouse when we have to get it through different retailer and have their standard package, you receive an item from their packaging.

I order more than one product why they are delivered in different dates?

When we receive order we normally pack all items in a single packages. In case, when some of order items stored in ware house of different location we ship item individually. This results in different date of shipping delivery and multiple shipping tracking. According to the location we may use multiple methods to fulfill order for multiple items. This will help to get the order as soon as possible despite delay from a single item.

When i receive a package from a different retailer i saw a packaging slip and invoice that show different prices or shipping charges for your purchased products. Why is that?

Our retailers or suppliers also sell those item on their own websites and their prices may be different. The price of the product may vary according to the availability in their site and offering events which may differ than you order in our site which may showed in the invoice. The price you paid to seen on order history is the price you paid.
